Bottle from Sutton Bridge Co-op. Light yellow, massive carbonation produces a large white head. Lemon drops, apple and birch aroma. Pleasantly sweet taste with a bitter tang at the end. Plentiful carbonation. Pleasant if forgettable.

Taste is sweet, fruity sugary apple, with flowery, kiwifruit and melon notes. Thin slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, drying watery finish. OK.
