500ml bottle, thanks to danlo for this! Pours a milky misty yellow appearance, aroma has an almost pear-like sweetness. Taste has a good carbonation, prickly fleshy pear fruit, good crisp clarity of flavours, excellent fascinatingly complex sweet woody flavours overall. Good stuff.

500ml bottle, many thanks to Danlo for this! Pours a misty pale yellow, extremely dry with a gentle acidity, moderate astringency, good pure fruit character, light canteloupe notes, citrus zest, nice fruity sweetness coming through. Great stuff. Likin these Tees ciders so far.

7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of ripe apples, green apples and tannins. Light sweetness and medium tartness with a slight salty edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice dry sharp tart finish.

7/8/2019. Sample fresh from bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of rubber, durian fruit, moderately sweet apples and fresh muck-spread fields. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Fruity tangy semi-sweet apple finish. Tasted quite nice.

500ml bottle from Tees cider market stall. Sparkling, pale golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, hints of sulphur. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, with some core and skin, musty notes and drying acidity. Light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite OK sparkling dry cider.

500ml bottle from stall at Saltburn Food Festival, 2017. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of spices, herbal, cardamon. Taste is tart fruity apple overlaid with spices, woody, herby,cardamon. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, herby spicy dry tannic finish. OK spiced cider.

500ml bottle from Saltburn Food Festival 2017. Pale yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fragrant rose, sulphur hint. Taste is slighty tart, tangy apple, apple core, sweetish with floral perfumy rose notes and some light tannin. Oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite OK.

500ml bottle from stall at Saltburn Food Festival, 2017. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold colour with a fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away. Aroma of ginger and tangy apple. Taste is mouth puckering sour, apple, ginger and lemon drops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry lemony finish. Quite OK, very sour but in a good way.

Taste is tart apple with melon & citric notes, then sweet and tangy. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish with some residual sweetness. Quite OK.

500ml bottle from Tees Cider stall at the Saltburn 2016 Food Festival. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of fruity apple, mellow, with some hay, citric tartness and funk. Taste is dry & tart apple, with fruit, melon & citric notes, plus some slight straw, plastic and barnyard. Light bodied, fine spikey carbonation, dry tart lightly tannic finish. Interesting, quite drinkable.
