500ml bottle. Chilled. Clear watery with just a faint hint of yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of elderflower. Taste is fruity apple, floral, elderflower, slight cucumber, very sugary sweet. Thin syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, sweet finish.

Bottle @ Dukes, Sidmouth. Paler golden coloured. Very sweet with its apple, and feels a little artificial for it. Crisp cider.

Keg @ Dukes, Sidmouth. Clear pale golden coloured. Has a decent apple nose as taste, with a lingering dryness in the palate.
