Een koperen brouwhuis met een capaciteit van 20 hectoliter en een professionele afvul- en etiketteerlijn zorgen ervoor dat ambachtelijke bieren op een professionele wijze worden gebrouwen.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is wheaty with banana, soft fruity hop, citrus, spicy yeast, some orange. Flavour is above moderate bitter, slightly sweet. Medium body. Nice, hops are well-integrated with the base Weizen.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Aroma is ripe banana, malt, some caramel, sugary fruit, touch of spicy yeast, pear, stewed fruit. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Rich, sweet, stewed fruits.

Pours a clear dark brown body and a dense light brown head with reasonable retention. Aroma's: malty sweetness, dark fudge, some red fruit. Retronasal follows this, a bit bready too. Flavour is moderate malty sweet and light roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, increasingly dry and moderate bitter. Pretty decent bock.
