Cask at Half Moon, Darlington. Reddish amber colour, thin white foam head leaving alittle lacing and smoked meaty aroma. Taste is smokey, ham, some roast, malt, toffee, sweetish, honey and light bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. Interesting, quite drinkable.
