Tap at Ukkometso, Tampere. Opaque color, tiny off-white head. Aroma has toasted maltyness and balsamico. Medium-bodied. Sweetish. Soya sauce, black bread, hints of balsamico. Sweetness combined with dark bread.. meh.

A murky, yellow beer, a head is almost medium and white. Appearance isn’t temptating. Aroma has some tropical fruitness, also lots of dry chalk. Taste has same elements than in the aroma. slightly tropical and strong chalk. Some bitterness. Almost medium bodied, low but enough of carbonation. This brew isn’t ready, I’m not convinced.

(Keg at Mullikka, 20160317) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized, lightly brown and it lasted long. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and grassy hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, cocoa, grass, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A too burnt brew and the hops were too much in the background.
