330ml bottle from Sydney Cidery, Sydney. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, baked apple, ripe fruits, caramel, sultanas, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

GABS 19. Apples, some fresh, some mushy cooked notes. Bland apples before a little skin at the end. Empty in the middle then a tad wearing at the end

330ml bottle from Prince Wine. Hazy yellow golden colour with a white foam head. Aroma of apple, green apple & brown sugar hints. Taste is juicy apple, fruity, tangy with some green apple & dry apple skin. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying slightly earthy finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Batch No. 14001. Pours a hazy pale yellow-gold colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of spice, honey, yeast. Taste is sweetish, floral honey, some spice, warming, with slightly tart quince notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warm finish. Interesting, quite sippable.
