330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with weak ruby shimmer and small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Peaty, smoky, caramel and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of leather, dark chocolate, dark caramel, some peat. Taste is slightly bitter, roasty, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, peaty and slightly smoky, notes of peat, some leather, a touch of burnt caramel, burnt caramel bitterness, subtle residual sweetness, a minimally warming, alcoholic touch. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, nice peaty notes, not overly complex - decent.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from JW and Truus. Clear brown with an off-white head. Dark caramel aroma with some red fruit. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Nice dubbel.

Bottle shared with Laura. Dark brown to reddish color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, brown candy sugar, yet less sweet than I had expected. Decent body, soft carbonation.

Bottle shared with Laura. A bit unclear orange ge color, quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is malts, floral blossomy. Flavor is malts, sweetish floral blossomy with a light alcoholic touch but overall I quite like it. Not a bad tripel imo, albeit a bit on the sweet side.
