Box @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours clear gold, caramel apple fruit aroma. Taste is sharp with a highly concentrated rich apple fruit character, perhaps a bit much but probably due in part to its ABV. Some more slick, caramel coming through. Good for a half but no more.

BIAB at Northallerton Beer Festival 2016. Hazy gold amber colour, no head and fruity apple aroma. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, some light funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
