Cask handpull at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Dirty red gold colour lasting white bubbly head. Some yeast some fruit aroma. Some sweetness. Some red grapefruit sweetness. Not very interesting but perfectly drinkable.

Bag in a box at Piston Broke, Shoreham-by-Sea. Very, very light yellow, flirting with clear. Still and flat. Faint smell of apple, but it's just about enough. Intense taste of apples and booze. Sweet but not overly so. This is an gentle giant of a cider, made more frightening by its subtlety. Slightly tangy finish. Light to medium body, no hint carbonation. Not perfect but it grew on me.

Draught at Microbus, Gateshead. Golden amber colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is appley, leather, wood, funky, strawberry hints, with some zippy tartness and bittersweetish notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow tart finish. Quite drinkable

Draught at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 2025. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, gooseberry. Taste is sweet & tart, gooseberry, appley, with some acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet gooseberry finish. Quite drinkable

Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange with a thin white head. Steady carbonation.
Nose - subtle apple and saison yeast.
Taste - apple, then creamy and sour apple with yeast.
Palate - light bodied, creamy and despite not having much in the way of fruity high notes, it is pretty smashable and drinks more quickly than the slightly higher ABV.
Overall - nice.

Appearance - cloudy orange with a quickly disappering white head and steady carbonation.
Nose - green apple, kiwi and gooseberry.
Taste - red apple skin, green apple, gooseberry and even something resembling plum or rhubarb.
Palate - sweet then bittersweet. Tangy and medium bodied. Fruit skin tannins.
Overall - quite a lot going on.

Appearance - cloudy golden orange. Quickly disappearing white head with steady carbonation.
Nose - sweet apple and the hibiscus is coming through.
Taste - sweet and tangy apple, almost bruised or brown apples. The pomegranate is subtle again with hibiscus doing the main supporting role.
Palate - light bodied, tangy and bittersweet. Good length.
Overall - quite enjoy this!

Аромат сразу как будто немного диких дрожжей, есть легкие нотки квашености от яблок, и намеки на уксус с зелеными яблоками, чутка ягод. Цвет темно фиолетовый, почти без пены. Ввкус снова более яблоыный нежели фрктовый. Квашенные яблоки, немного ягод в послевкусие. В целом все. Ничего необычного.

Аромат яблок, как будто домашних яблок и их выжимка для сока, в него немного добавили грушу и алкоголь. Цвет мутный, почти не жельый, пены нету. Вкус этих же яблок, 8 градусов не ощущается почти кстати. На финише легкая сухость. Норм.

Аромат очень сладкий, не очень похоже на сидр с яблоками, больше капкие то фрукты с сахаром. Цвет тоже не совсем сидровый, пенки нету. Вкус сладкий, не совсем естественный, тоже фруктово-ягодный. Прежде всего вкус винограда, а затем уже фрукты включая яблоки. Можно пить один раз, не более.
