Description
Our mission is simple: Fly high and make the best cider we possibly can. You can find us in an old apple store on an orchard in Sussex.

All of the apples that go into our ciders have been rejected by supermarkets for not fitting their beauty standards. Weโ€™re not that shallow. We take these tasty fruits and help them reach their full potential in our delicious ciders.

Note - Ringden Farm is the production site for pressing and bottling. The office administration address is in Polegate.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy red grape in colour with the odd floater visible too. Some head retention unusually. Nose - tart redcurrant combined with sweet apple jelly. In general quite perfumed. Taste - redcurrant jelly, a touch of cranberry, red cherry and red apple skin. Palate - light bodied, a lovely balance between tart fruit, tannic fruit skin and sweet fruit and alcohol. Overall - I really like this, for some reason.

Bladder bag at the Thirty Nine Steps, Broadstairs, 24/11/23. Cherry red with a light crimson cap. Nose is bitter sweet cherries, light orchard fruits, apple core, straw. Taste comprises apple skin, cherry stones, grains, straw, light vinous notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad for a flavoured affair ... wouldn't exactly call the cherry sour but at lease not sweet like it often is in a cider.

On cask at The Grapes, pours a hazy blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out dusty farmhouse funk, crisp apple skins, and some hay. Flavour is medium sweet, with crisp apple skins and subtle farmhouse funk. I'd like less sweetness and more farmhouse character, but this isn't terrible.
