2/5/2020. Cans bought direct from the brewery. Shared virtually through WhatsApp with Dan and Jordan. Pours very dark brown with a good size beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, charcoal, chocolate, hazelnut and oatmeal. Moderate sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. A little on the weak side but quite drinkable.

Hazy amber beer, residual pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Cream and a little caramel. Ripe fruits. Some marmalade. Floral ripe and bruised fruit on the finish. Okay. Tasty, but lacks the depth of the best.

On tap at Generation Craft Deal. Gold clear. Lasting whitehead. Hoppy. Yes a light pilsner character with bitter hops over the top. Clean aroma. Too hoppy to be a true example but it's fine.
