Pint on tap at Beer DeLuxe, Barangaroo. Cloudy amber beer with a thin creamy white head. Amazing nose of pepper, orange sherbet, caramel, and grassy hops. Some spice too, cloves? Medium body, spritzy mouthfeel. Flavour is more orange sherbet. Finish is citric, sparkling, cleansing with a balancing fruity bitterness late on. Superb drinking here in the Darling Harbour winter sunshine!

(Can) Pours hazy Amber with thin white head. Subtle aroma - orange, hints of funk. Medium body with plenty of somewhat fizzy carbonation. Pleasant start with some orange, a slight tartness, there’s some hints of spice and bread. Tails off with a hint of wet cardboard. It’s ok but not quite right.

(Can) Pours clear red brown with decent tan head. Nice aroma of pine and tropical fruits with notes of caramel and pepper. Medium body with plentiful carbonation giving very good mouthfeel. Great taste too. Tangy fruity start is quickly replaced with toffee and dried fruit, which leads into a good bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

From a 375 can on 21/6/2020 (shared with Butz). pours near black with a medium head. The nose features a decent dash of coffee and roastiness. Tastes of dark chocolate, licorice, coffee and a touch of soy, with a medium roasty bitterness. The mouthfeel is slick and the carbonation moderate. Doesn't drink quite up to the 10.5%. A decent enough impy if not particularly notable.

Can. Clear amber with a white head that fades gradually. 3+ Aroma of oranges, pine, breadcrust, some sticky tropical fruit notes and red berries. Very sweet and a bit boozy with a roar of resin & bitterness at an end that's slightly solventy-dry. A bit on the crude side but clean and tasty.
