500ml bottle from Tebay Services on my way back from a couple of days riding at Innerleithen. Shared with Soph. Quite a nice full sweet fruity character for a 'donated apple' cider which tends towards a brighter acidity. Tart moments with some faint sour elements coming through, but the fruitiness remains triumphant. Decent.

18/7/2019. Bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours pale gold with a green tint. Aroma of green apples, light sulphur, citrus and moderate tannins. Light sweetness, medium plus tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery texture, average carbonation. Sour and slightly to finish. Good.

500ml bottle from Rheged cafe shop. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of mellow apple with a mucky hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, with some tartness, and woody, caramel, citric notes. Medium bodied, fine sparkling carbonation, drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Rheged. Appearance - pale yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - sweet and sour apples. Taste - more of the same but alcohol very obvious. Palate - light bodied but somehow alcohol dominant. Overall - not sure that the fact that all apples are used is the best recommendation.
