Description
Traditional Welsh Cider. A number of reasons have inspired me to take up small scale cider making. As an engineer by trade, I like to make, fix and improve the overall efficiency of things in general. The craft,skills and incentive to turn apples - especially those that might go to waste, into a quite delicious drink.

Draught @ Newtown Food Festival Sep 14. Pours gold with a slight haze. Light, sweet character with a touch of flan. Fairly sharp tannins with slight tang. Ok.
