Description
Traditional Welsh Cider. A number of reasons have inspired me to take up small scale cider making. As an engineer by trade, I like to make, fix and improve the overall efficiency of things in general. The craft, skills and incentive to turn apples - especially those that might go to waste, into a quite delicious drink.

500ml bottle thanks to minutemat! Pours clear deep gold. Aroma is sour funk, rich apple fruit. Taste is fairly sour with a punchy wild character, good complexity, with fascinating wild yeast depths, prickly, thorny, wild meadow flora threatening a vicious sour bite, but becoming likeable as the palate becomes accustomed to it. Marketed as a lambic cider im sure this would generate excitement in the right quarters. An interesting sipper.
