Bottle shared at CBC Holborn - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear honey--gold with minimal head. Nice and juicy apple aroma, light honey. Lightly sweet flavour with some apple peel, a bit more honey, sugary apple sauce. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate sweetness in the finish, some musty dryness, more lightly bitter apple skin. Good one.

Bottle at Craft Beer Co, Islington. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, juicy, tangy, earth, tannin, apple, must, apple pie and a bit of dirty must. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, apple skin, gooseberry, pear, vinous character, light plastic note, touch of sweetness, sherbet and with a slick, fruity finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not too shabby at all. Drinks well.

330ml bottle. Orangey golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, some apple skin & caramel. Taste is slightly tart fruity apple, fleshy with some apple core, alittle apple skin, some caramel and light drying tannin. Medium to light bodied, fine carbonation, dry fairly short finish. Quite drinkable.
