7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very pale yellow gold with no head. Aroma of moderately tart pears, green apples with a light funky background. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery texture, flat carbonation. Nice sweet/tart finish, a little wood developing. Not bad.

BIAB sample courtesy of minutemat, thanks Mat! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of pear, astringent, plastic. Taste is sweet pear then lots of biscuity, cardboard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering cardboard & biscuit finish. Quite oxidised.

Box @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, Day 2. Pours a clear pale yellow. Aroma is lightly misty, pure perry fruit, continuing to taste with a light body, tangy acidity and nice balance overall.

Draught @ Shrewsbury Beer Festival, Sep 15. Pours clear gold with a very light scrumpy aroma. Exceptionally dry but with a surprisingly clean-drinking character considering the ageing. Light orchard fruit and good Kingston Black presence. Not bad.
