Bottled@fonefan. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, nectar, som alcohol and not all too inspiring. Flavour is metallic, citrusy, sweet malts, yet quite harsh thanks to the metallic notes.

Can. A golden one, lightly hazy, with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite weak, fruity and grassy with some pale malts. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Fruity flavor with some grass and pale malts. Very low on bitterness, all the way. Lasting fruity finish with a touch of grass and pale malts. Rather boring and useless this one. Not foul though. 150228

Bottle. A small, dense, off-white head forms over an unclear, golden-orange body. The aroma is piney, peppery, grassy and resiny, with pale malts in the back. Quite fruity. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a tad too much carbonation. Semi-dry. It has a nice flavor too, with pine cones, resins and a peppery yeasty touch. Some pale malts and bitterness. Lasting fruity finish with a pepper touch in the back. A tasteful and pleasant one. A bit less carbonation would do good though. 150227

Stark karbonisierter, hefig bitterer Antrunk. Vor allem die Bitterkeit steigt deutlich, direkt dahinter ebenfalls intensiv herb. Die Hefigkeit wird trocken, die Ausbreitung von Aromen wird unterbunden. 8/7/6/7/9/7

Canned. Hazy golden, rich head. Citric grapefruit aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Dominated by pink grapefruit. Resiny bitterness sets in early. Notes of metal in the very bitter finish. Edgy.

Bottle 330ml (Alko)
Murky orange color, small white head. Grainy and slightly fruity and spicey aroma. Medium-bodied, although front is quite watery. Mellow fruityness, then white pepper and decent amount of hops for a saison (perhaps Bruuveri’s fingerprints are here). Yes, it is a Saison but there is something which disturbs me. Maybe it is that sweetish yeasty flavor.

330ml bottle from Alko
Pours orange with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, floral notes, hints of fruits and hops. Taste is crisp, yeasty and spicy with some floral notes and musty ripe fruitiness. Finish is musty, a bit stuffy and yeasty with some spices, floral notes and grass. Not as good as the Bruuveri prototypes.

0,33L bottle (from Koht auction). Pours clear red amber with no head. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel. Flavor follows the nose. Alcohol is rather well covered. Overall: ok-ish, very simple. 6:2:5:3:12=2.8Bottle, bb 04.2015, shared by fatphil, thanks. More maltier and balanced: 6:3:6:3:13=3.1Bottle, bb 2011, shared by fatphil, thanks. Body is even thinner, bit more acidic. Alcohol is very well covered. Ok. Bb 2015 was better.
