Our equipment is all manufactured and assembled in Germany by Speidel. We use the 200-litre Braumeister as our mash tun, along side two 525-litre stainless steal fermentation tanks.
This means that at maximum capacity we should be producing between 800-1000 pints a week.
At the moment we are experimenting with recipes and flavours until we set on two or three regular brews, which we will then compliment with some single brew recipes, allowing us to keep experimenting.
