75cl bottle from Bien Manger. Pours a misty gold, high carbonation. Aroma brings some sweet perry pear fruit, some desert fruit pie. Characterful Perry pear presence to taste with some sweet apple and bubblegum moments.. interesting.. decent.

75cl bottle from Bien Manger. Pours a misty gold, persistent foamy head fed by a constant supply of bubbles from below. Bright nose of apple pie, pastry, farmhouse apple fruit. Flavour profile continues in a similar fashion, lovely characterful desert fruit, apple pie filling, light vanilla hints on the finish, quite a gentle touch. Lovely.

750ml wired cork bottle, as Cidre de la Ferme du Pressoir Brut, 5%, from Bien Manger. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, bright golden colour, white foam head that slowly dissipates away and aroma of tangy, fleshy apple, with hints of cooked apple, honey, funk, caramel. Taste is quite sweet initially, with juicy apple, some baked apple, green apple, caramel, honey and then woody, funky, earthy, tannin. Foamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft fine carbonation, semi-dry tangy apple finish. Nicely drinkable.
