330ml can @ Stable Bar, Birmingham alongside the thinnest, crispiest pizza known to mankind. Deep glowing gold appearance. Nice bristling natural feel about it, good breezy complexity with additional apple orchard. Crisp and sour on the palate, pretty enjoyable.

3/10/2019. Growler sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple juice, fresh cut shrubbery, light brown sugar baked apple. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

BIAB to growler fill from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple & horseblanket funk. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, baked apple, alittle biscuit, with some slight barnyard and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml can from House of Trembling Madness, York. Slightly hazy golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel, funk. Taste is sweetish mellow apple, fruity, tangy, some apple skin notes, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a shiny clear gold. Good fruity medium aroma. Taste is good, balanced, fruity, moderately sweet medium, subtle funk, underlying tannins, lightly drying. Great drinkability. Nice.

Bottle sample from Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of funky apple. Taste is fruity apple, orchardy, leathery barnyard funk, woody oak and some light tartness. Alittle thin, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable farmhouse cider.

22/3/2019. Bottle from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton. Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, green apples, light caramel and fruit biscuit. Light sweetness and bitterness, medium to heavy tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Very dry, tart, acidic and slightly salty finish. Fair.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 2 08/08/2018. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody sugars, vanilla, hint if funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tangy mealy apple, wood, apple, green appel. Palate is light tang, mealy, lowish carbonation. Ok.
