Betty amber with a firm lasting head. Aroma of fruity malt. Flavour is smooth bitter, malt and dry biscuit, light fruit finish.

Cask at the Perch, Sheffield. Poured a hazy golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, dry, yeastie, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Perch, Sheffield. Poured a clear golden straw colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light floral hops. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, yeastie, slightly watery, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
