750ml (thx, Cristophe L.!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: sweet, fruity, cookies and cream. Taste: along the same lines, tons of coconut, some roasted malts charcter. Overall: good, but I bet that I tried something very similar from Bas-Canada at some point.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma smells like cookies 'n cream ice cream -- almost like an ice cream sandwich -- with subtle vanilla and a touch of coconut. Flavour is sweet, tasting like cookies 'n cream ice cream, accentuated by light coconut and vanilla. This is like drinking cookies 'n cream ice cream. Fun stuff, but it's not exactly a complex imperial stout. Good stuff.

Jet black with a rich light brown head. Vanilla and cream with some chocolate. Chocolate and creme with a rich finish.

750ml (thx, Christophe L.!) @ SalesForce. Appearance: pours like an oil, very dark brown with a weak head. Aroma: very nice bourbon, vanilla, chocolate. Taste: very thick, lots of bourbon barrel, roasted malt accompanied by some slight acidity and bitterness. Some ashes character in aftertaste. Overall: complex and nice, despite I would prefer those roasty and burnt bourbon barrel notes being less present.

750mL bottle, pours a viscous, oily, jet black with a tiny head. Aroma is decadent, with loads of bourbon barrel decadence, lots of vanilla, and a silky molasses. Flavour is complex as hell, with intense bourbon barrels upfront, lots of alcohol, silky vanilla, and a touch of molasses. Silky smooth on the palate, with a beautiful alcohol burn. Rich, complex and beautifully constructed. Just lovely.

Jet black with a small brown head. Chocolate, bourbon and some vanilla notes. Lots of chocolate, syrupy bourbon notes and some vanilla. Thick and rich. Solid.

A hazed milky yellow beige ale with a thin beige head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light passion fruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity passion fruit and banana mix. On tap at Bière Garden Gatineau.
