Dernière bière collab des trois couleurs du drapeau Français, cette année avec Messorem. Mid-Hazed, golden-orangy colour with a bubbly off-white cap, average stay and a little ring of bubbly foam. Pineapple, peach aromas on top, with the Citra in the background - cutting a bit of the fruity-sweetness. This continues in the flavours, with a touch of citrus zestiness in the mild, drying finish. An overall wet mouthfeel. Hints of coconut from the Sabro. Not getting much of what I like about the Nelson Sauvin. A good, easy-drinking NEIPA that is pretty fruity, with that pineapple-peach combo over the usual citrus.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a white head, average stay and a bit of foamy lacing spots. A cereal malt base in the nose with some fresh, herbal hop notes. Hints of spiciness found in Pilsners. A decent cereal malt base continues with the fresh grassy hoppiness. A wet mouthfeel with decent dryness in the finish. A good, refreshing beer that feels like a cross between a Kölsch and an Italian Pilsner, with a tad more hops for the style.

Hazed, golden colour with a slight orange hue, a big bubbly off-white head, not much stay, nor lacing. Aromas of citrus, stone fruits, farm funkiness, some melon notes and a touch of alcohol. The taste shows again citrusy flavours with melons watering down things, nectarine hints and less funk. A wet mouthfeel with a mild drying finish. A refreshing, wet NEIPA that starts off a little confused, but gets better as it goes. Still, I find the melon notes from the Anchovy hops are making things off, and not as pleasant as I wish.

On tap at City Tap, pours a clear dull golden with a tiny white head. Aroma has an unusual hop expression, with some spicy notes, light herbal character, fungal notes, and earthiness. Flavour is indeed odd, with lots of spicy, herbal hops, some bitter pine needles, fungal notes, and toasted bready malt. Not at all my preferred hop expression, albeit there’s a nice lingering bitterness. Messorem doesn’t know how to do hazies or westies apparently.

Can at Pien Shop, Helsinki.
The beer poured orange in color, dense white head.
Tropical fruit juice. Nz hoppy nose, citrus zesty. Sweetish, full bodied. Thick, melony notes in flavor. Heavy but delivers.

Hazy, golden colour with a bubbly, warm-yellowish head, average stay and real small lace spots left, here and there. A nice, fresh, fruity nose with lots of oranges, some tropical-stone fruits and a touch of white wine grapes. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel with some decent, slow building dryness. A nicer continuation of the fruitiness in the taste, with just a tad citrus zest, letting the juiciness shine. Quite the easy-drinking, juicy NEIPA, with a tad white wine, grapes.
