Very clear, beautiful pink and light violet coloured body with no head a tall - sort of expected, with a ton of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of soured and tart raspberries with some relative earthy and rustic blueberries, with a light tartness and some alcohol in the nose, too, without much apples, somehow! Light-bodied; Crisp and tart lemons and granny smith apples show here pretty strongly, with a kick of caster sugar and yeast is noticeable especially at the end, but a pretty clean and easy-drinking cider. Aftertaste is pretty dry, with much more apple-y flavours than earlier, with a soft crispness and a good tart flavour from the lemons and deep raspberries. Overall, a nice, flavourful, but still easy-drinking cider with good raspberry and lemon aspects, but clean apples, soft sugars and a mild profile make this go down easy and quick. Great to sample very fresh and pretty local - good to try it if you like cider and can find this! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Trader Joe's in Newport News, Virginia on 20-November-2022 for US$2,50 sampled at my house here in Washington about a month later on 21-December-2022.

Can, 6.7%. Citric aroma, more of white wine than apples. Clear very pale golden colour, also more like white wine than cider. No head. The flavour has a touch of sweetness, some white wine and sulphur notes, apple core and a little sweetish apple.
