Description

Brewer of atypical beers focused on the qualitative use of ingredients and developing products with respect.
We make beer, cider and Mead.

At the beginning of 2020, the brewery was officially started with a small installation that could be used to brew approximately 60 to 80 liters per brew. In order to be able to brew a little more and, above all, to be more practical and easier to brew, we scaled up in September 2020 to a brewing installation of 150 liters.

250ml draught at Koht, shared with Finn. Shining naked surface, dotted spots on the glass, deep black body. Dark malty aromas, smoothly roasted, inviting. Quite intense taste of black, earthy chocolate added by dark caramel. Oily texture. Lingering ending, roasted and sweet. Pretty good. (Tallinn, 05.11.2025).
