Description
ere you will find multi award winning beers being produced in our specially converted barn set in a quiet wooded valley in West Sussex.

We particularly enjoy brewing old style beers such as porters, stouts and milds. We also produce an extensive range of pale beers and never miss an opportunity to create something new.

Our brewery is set in a beautiful rural location with a quirky little taproom and peaceful outdoor spaces.

Cask at the Pig’s Ear BF 2010. Pours dark amber with a light film. Coffee and chocolate syrup in the nose. Super roasty flavor, with more chocolate syrup, toffee and toast. Really nice. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finish holds some roast, sweet pecan (!), plenty of malts and faintly earthy bitterness. Interesting style of beer but pretty darn good.
