33cl bottle at La Prosciutteria, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, partially hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is Belgiany, esters, floral, fruity, honey. Body is partially dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some malty sweetness behind (not much). Final is still very enjoyable.

Old rating from 28-09-16 - The 2nd bottle from this brewery I tried at La Prosciutteria, a small wine/ cheese/meat cafe in Florence. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a white head. Aromas of apples, grapes & yeast. Tastes of apples, grapes, lemon, pears, orange peel & a hint of spice. Aftertaste is a sweet hopped bitter finish.

Old rating from 28-09-16 - Brewed for the small La Prosciutteria shop/wine bar in Florence in 330ml bottles. One of a number from Birrificio Math they stock. Went down very well with some superb bread, cheese & salami's. Pours a dark Amber colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of spice & herbs with a medium bitter aftertaste.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per orzo, frumento e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole per una birra che ha una sua personalità. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, frumento, spezie, cioccolato al latte, erba e rosmarino.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal coriandolo e dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il liquido si presenta velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, amaretto, agrumi, arancia amara e spezie.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Trieste, shared with hrabren. Murky orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, candy lemony nose. Sweet malty, candy, light fruity and touch of oranges with subdued caramel in the finish.
