33cl bottle at La Prosciutteria, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, partially hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is Belgiany, esters, floral, fruity, honey. Body is partially dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some malty sweetness behind (not much). Final is still very enjoyable.

Old rating from 28-09-16 - The 2nd bottle from this brewery I tried at La Prosciutteria, a small wine/ cheese/meat cafe in Florence. Pours a cloudy straw colour with a white head. Aromas of apples, grapes & yeast. Tastes of apples, grapes, lemon, pears, orange peel & a hint of spice. Aftertaste is a sweet hopped bitter finish.

Old rating from 28-09-16 - Brewed for the small La Prosciutteria shop/wine bar in Florence in 330ml bottles. One of a number from Birrificio Math they stock. Went down very well with some superb bread, cheese & salami's. Pours a dark Amber colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of spice & herbs with a medium bitter aftertaste.

Bottiglia ABV 4.3%. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato finiscono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, spezie, vaniglia e arancia amara.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato e fiori.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal coriandolo e dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il liquido si presenta velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, amaretto, agrumi, arancia amara e spezie.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è fine, con carbonazione persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole per una birra che ha una sua personalità. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, frumento, spezie, cioccolato al latte, erba e rosmarino.
