On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp cucumber skins and a touch of mint. Flavour is so crisp and fresh, with loads of crisp cucumber skins, a touch of mint, light lacto and a hint of salt. The cucumber is so damn fresh and bright here. Lovely.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a deep dark reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with tart raspberries, with a touch of lime. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh raspberries, lime and basil, with subtle tartness and light lacto. The salt is lost here, but who cares - a really nice kettle sour.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium dank hops, with light citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dank in the hops department, with pine and biscuity malt. Not totally dialed in right, but decent.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is unfortunately laced with diacetyl, with lots of buttered popcorn. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of diacetyl. This needs some serious fixing.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a deep dark pink with a small faded pink head. Aroma brings out faded raspberries, with lots of pith, and a touch of pomegranate. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh raspberries and pomegranate upfront, with light tartness. The fruit aren't entirely complementary, but work well enough.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a hazy purple (yes, purple), with a medium white head. Aroma smells pretty much like a regular saison, with light saison yeast and toasted crackery malt. Flavour is very earthy, with subdued saison yeast and earth bready notes. I don't get the point of this. Meh.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of acidity, with tart cherries, and light oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of acidity, some oak and subtle cherries. A bit too acidic, but it's pleasant enough.

On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is quite phenolic, with rotting banana - the other adjuncts are absent. Flavour is loaded with banana and phenols, with the vanilla and coconut rather subdued. Estery and rather offensive. Bad.

Draft at the source. Hazy deep purple color light pink head. Nice mixed berry aroma. Taste is lightly tart raspberry and other forest berries. Nice summer beer
