Pint can. Hazy dark yellow pour with a small white head that slowly recedes to a film. The aroma is big with pineapple and oranges. The taste is grapefruit, pineapple and papaya. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes long and semi-sweet. Overall: decent--very similar to mt garfield views.

Pint Can. Hazy dark yellow pour with a small-ish white head that son recedes to a fine scum. The aroma is medium in strength with oranges, mangoes and other mixed citrus. The taste is on the lighter side with grapefruit, mangoes, some orange and papaya. The palate was full and creamy. Finished long and dry with lingering grapefruit pith and some bread character. Overall: Decent--Damn fine offering from Palisade. The lighter taste presence made this very gulp-able. Big league stuff, hope to see this at GABF this September. Paired well with some smoked gouda.

Can. Black pour with a medium brown head that has fair retention. Aroma is medium in strength with dark chocolates, mocha and well roasted grains. The taste is similar to the nose. Lots of dark bittersweet chocolates with bitter walnuts and some dark fruits. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long and bittersweet. Overall: Decent quaff--paired well with some old hard alpine swiss cheese.

Pint Can. Cloudy yellow color with a white one finger head that soon fades away. The aroma is faint with peaches and some citrus. The taste features peaches, lemons, grapefruit and grains. The palate is full and the carbonation is soft. Finishes with lingering mixed fruits/ Overall: OK, but not what I was expecting, I need a bigger, bolder ripe peach presence.

Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, foamy, tan head. The nose is coffee, light licorice, rye, chalk, and pine. Dry and roasty, with an assertive, yet mellow bitterness. Medium body, with a sharp and sticky mouthfeel. Well made and straightforward porter. Pretty nice.
