Clear dark brown, smooth light brown head. Aroma is quite hoppy, us hops, with sweet malty notes. flavor is malts, citrussy and flowery hops, although hoppy, not so bitter and thus quite easy-drinking, also not as sweet as some reds, which again highens drinkabillity. Nice..

On tap at the brewery. Great hop aroma. Hazy orange with white collar and susting acorss top. Great floral and citrus with nice, round breadhy mouthfeel. The malt also shows a nice backbone. Very good red, and really enjoy the extra hop.

12oz bottle. Deep hazy amber-brown color, minimal off-white head. Mellow dark amber malt aroma. The taste is malt centered, with a decent crisp hoppiness that evens it out. Very well done, thick, malty, with quite a smooth body. Not overwhelmingly ambery nor one-dimensional. The hops and specialty malts really play off each other well, great balance. Smooth and mild caramel notes in the aftertaste. Nothing extreme about it, but a well done beer nonetheless, underrated.
