Pint Can. Pours a somewhat hazy dark yellow color with a small white head that slowly recedes to a fine pond scum. The aroma is big and bold with fresh citrus--mostly oranges, but also some mango and papaya. The taste is oranges, tangerines, mangoes and some bitter grapefruit. The palate is medium and the carbonation is lively. Finishes long with lingering pink grapefruit. Overall: Decent IPA. Very big fresh citrus aspect, its almost as if this had fruit juice. Paired well with some Manchego.

Pint Can. Pours a hazy yellow-ish color with a medium sized white head that slowly recedes. The aroma is big and bold with fresh citrus--I get mangoes, papaya and grapefruit. The taste follows the nose with plenty of mango and papaya. Bitterness is moderate and well balanced. The palate is smooth and crisp. Finishes short and dry with some lingering sweetened grapefruit. Overall: Decent NEIPA, but not exceptional. Very easy drinking. Paired well with some estate gouda.

Can. Clear brass pour with a small white head that soon dissipates. The aroma is mild with oranges and tangerines. The flavors are mild as well with oranges, but there is a sharp grapefruit and pine type of bitterness. The palate is on the lighter side but effective, and the carbonation is soft. Finishes long with pine bitterness and a bit of astringency. Overall: Decent quaff--paired superbly with some honey goat gouda cheese.

pint can. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small unimpressive white head. The aroma is grapefruit, lemons and passionfruit. The taste, like the aroma, is bitter grapefruit in the forefront, with melons and mixed topicals filling the sides and back. The palate is full and viscous with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bitter fruits. Overall: Decent: Not over-the-top bitter but still a good hoppy bite.

Pint Can. Hazy yellow pour with a fair sized white head that has good lasting power. The aroma is medium in strength with grapefruit, fresh thyme and some grass. The taste is dominated by the grapefruit, a bit of guava, perhaps some passionfruit, and herbs Provence providing a nice supporting complexity. Medium bitterness. The palate is full and viscous. Finished very dry with lingering mixed fruits. Overall: Decent brewski. This went down very easy. Just when I thought I was sick and tired of hazy IPA's this reaffirms my faith in the style.. Paired well with some north sea cheese. Note-- I typo'd the beer name when I entered it. should read--We Can Haz New Toys

The taste is more of the same, lots of corn, some spicy rye, grass and bitter straw. The palate is full and crisp with lively-prickly carbonation. Finishes short and clean. Overall: decent pils, very refreshing, paired well with some kettle chips.

Can, Pale gold color with a small white head that soon fizzes away. The aroma is mild and indistinct with perhaps a trace of hay. The taste is mild sweet corn, hay and bitter grasses. The palate is thin and crisp. Finishes short and bittersweet with a metallic aftertaste. Overall: There is a place in the world for this style, but I'm not sure where that might be, I can only say it isn't in the San Juan mountains of SW Colorado. Paired passably well with some garlic summer sausage.
