[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Cloudy amber, creamy head. There’s soft malt, caramelized sugar and curacao. It’s fruity and medium bodied and rather sweet. Enjoyable.

Cloudy amber. Spicy, dusty, yeasty nose. Yeasty, lightly peachy, peary aroma. Hints of caramel. Chewy yeast, sweet caramel malt and dry grassy hops. Light dust. Nice one. I must have found it on a good day, and I’m okay with that.

Unclear orange amber with fine white head. Aroma of sweet malts/spices & fruit. Some dark fruits in here like plums/raisins. Filling texture. Medium to lively carbonation. Pleasant bitter lasting finish. Im a fool for these Ellezelloise brews! Great!

Bottle. Dark brown 2 black with a light brown head. Aroma malty, smoked, vinous and hoppy. Flavor heavy with notes of chocolate and sweetness, long.

Bottle. Hazy dark brown colour with big white head. Very malty and nutty aroma with fruity / flower notes. Malty toffee flavor, mild grassy aftertaste.

Goliath. Pours a hazy amber into a tulip. Significant, fluffy micro head with good retention. Earth and bread aromas. Crisp and dry with upfront bread and a lingering slightly sour finish.

Bottle at GBBF 2006. Brown/russet colour with lasting mid beige head. Toffee-ish hop. Banana esters on aroma and a bit of vanilla. Bit fizzy in mouth, but I like it.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours almost clear and orangey golden with a handsome, frothy "shaving foam" head with excellent retention. The aroma is almost entirely yeast - with a hint of fruit. The body is medium, very yeasty and unfortunately also with a lot of diacety. Dry finish. 220706

Dark golden saison with an orange hue and a thick creamy off white head. Sweet caramel aroma, with herbs and orange notes. Creamy mouthfeel hops, herbs, coriander, light sourness, very refreshing. Rich and creamy. Bottle at BCTC 2006.

Bottled (1995 vintage). Hazy dark brown colour with big white head. Aroma of plum and raisins as well as a weak sting of alcohol. Flavour is smooth and balanced, plum yeast some hops. A bit papery mouthfeel. Alcohol not at all in the flavour. A bit mouly and grassy in the aftertaste. Wellaged.
