(Bottle 33 cl) Reddish amber with a tiny, creamy head. A huge sediment makes this muddy if you stir the sediment. Incredibly complex nose of rotten fruit - prunes rather than plums. Extremely complex, perfumy flavours. Overipe....something....again but excellent. 050605

An orange beer with sediment floating around and a huge off-white head. The aroma is of over ripe fruits, alcohol, and wood. The flavor is dry with notes of over ripe fruits and prunes, on a background where the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue.

Bottle at Le Bier Circus, Brussels Rocky, white large head, which lasts totally. Murky orange body. Some medium sized particles present. Nose of hops (flowers) and apple. Lightly bitter initital flavour. Moderately bitter lightly sweet finish, which lasts quite long. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. This is definitely not a typical white beer, but hey, I like it! (In contrast of the normal white beers.) The wheat-notes are present in the flavour, but in a very limited way.

Hazy dark orange, tight beige head. Yeast, banana, lemon and hops in the aroma. Crisp. fruity, lemony, yeasty. Nice hoppy, oily aftertaste. Refreshing summer drink with some woody notes. Even a bit Fantome-like.

(Bottle 33 cl) In this original version simply called "Quintine". Pale golden, hazy with a nice, huge head. Very pronounced bitterness all the way through. Harsh alcohol-burn. Not really pleasant. 111196

Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Fruity, citrusy nose, same time a bit artificial - like dishing cleanser. Aroma lacks a good depth from yeasts. Lemony citrusy flavor, tickling bitterness but a bit restless, underlying grassy hops. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad blonde but quite ordinary.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener-golden, slightly hazy (with a visble sediment at the bottom), thick "shaving foam- like" head, which never disappears completely. Brewed on 40% wheat-malt which I can’t really taste. Quite sharp bitterness, lovely fruity freshness. Resembles a Tripel. 121003
