Draft - Tons of tropical notes, touch of medicine and more sweet fruit. Clear gold with a rich white head. Some Mandarin, grassy, touch of dank and a very light finish. Nicely done.

On tap at Callister, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of tropical fruits and dank citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank citrus hops upfront but less of the tropical fruits on the flavour. Loads of flavour with excellent balance. Another great hoppy ale from these guys.

Hazy golden color, sparse head. The hop character is very pungent, evident in aroma and flavor; the malt flavor could be more accentuated, but at least it doesn’t interfere with the hops, and everything plays well with this extremely dry mouthfeel; quite abrasive in the final.
Excellent job once again.

Draft - Grassy and light herbal notes. Clearish gold with a small white head. As it smells, very grassy and herbal notes with a nice bitter peel finish.

On tap at Callister, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very piney and floral, with a pronouncedly soapy floral hop quality upfront, followed by some pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, though less soapy and more piney. Tons of hop oils on the palate, which make it a tad abrasive. Not a smooth IPA, but it works reasonably well.

Black color with small beige head. Mild aroma of coffee, a bit earthy, manure. Lean and dry, but the mouthfeel is soft; dark malts, not ashy, and not coffeish, although there is a light coffee note in the final al; the bitterness from the roasted elements is also well controlled.
Nice, elegant, a bit timid.

Draft - Sweet and bright hops. Clear gold with a nice white head. Peel, soap and some resin. Grate nose and light but flavour doesn’t live up. Still good though.

On tap at Machine, pours black with a medium dark brown head. Aroma brings out freshly roasted coffee with unmistakeable lactose notes secondarily. Flavour is identical, with a good blend of dry roasted coffee and sweet lactose notes. Really nice harmony between the two main flavours that drinks very clean. Very good.
