body is lighter than regular version, with apple crumble and stewed oranges. Medium bitterness, malt forward, more approachable and easy drinking than regular mashpit, but what I love is this is truly a smaller version but same quality and level. Excellent “summer” version.

Shiokaze x Yggdrasil In the Limelight Keylime Gose Great sweet lime pie sour aroma. Medium to full bodied with a sweet tart lime flavor with a pinch of salt. Really refreshing and spot on.

lovely nose of citrus, apricots and chilies with nice underlying malt sweetness. Dry, light body, modestly aggressive bitterness with upfront spiciness that is on the verge of overwhelming but then pulls back and is just lovely. Light medium body

dark brown color. Amazing nose of dark fruit, chocolate raisins and molasses. low carbonation, medium full bodied. Great depth and balance. Abv well hidden. One of the best examples of the style, if not the best, I’ve had in japan. Fantastic.
