pale golden color with slight green tinge. Light refreshing nose with excellent key lime character. Very dry, very tart, light body, very refreshing, big lime wallop. Love this. Excellent summer beer. Could drink this by the gallon.

ahogany, Earthy, Apple, oranges, tea. Modest bitterness, excellent malt backbone medium bitterness. Rounded. So nice.

light brown mahogany color. Green pepper, chocolate and oranges with bready notes. Amazing depth of chocolate, oranges, bready notes. Super smooth. Very Low carbonation . Somehow it all balances out. Amazing. Super well executed.

very pale amber color. Nice strawberry slightly funky a bit tart. Nice soft strawberry character. Nice but can ever love a strawberry saison

Medium golden color, slightly grassy nose with considerable amount of Hassaku fruit to give some underlying tartness. Nice medium tartness, nice fruit character. Medium body, light medium bitterness. The body is a bit heavier than expected, but balanced nicely by the tartness of the fruit. Very refreshing. Very enjoyable.

Translucent pale golden color. Soft honey, honeydew, apple skins. Slightly tart nose. Semi-sweet. Modest carbonation. A nice waxy coating of honey on the palate. Low carbonation. Nice mouth feel. I usually dont like carbonated meads, but this is pleasant. I love the honey after taste just lingering on the palate. If you like carbonated mead, this will knock your socks off.
