Light golden color. Thin white head. Lots of grain and herbal notes in the nose. Light crisp palate. Flowers really dominate the palates. Medium low bitterness. Light and refreshing, but flower dominating isnt really for me. Pretty simply saison.

Yggdrasil Mosh Pit Double IPA 8.5% Virtually no head on this amber brew but my first whiff of its bright hoppiness had me remembering old school Stone from back in the day. Dank, herbaceous hops up front, caramel, loads of bitterness with some citrus in the finish. Pretty full on, much danker than that Ise Kadoya with dank in the name.

Nice stuff. Very easy drinking. Somehow almost a cross between a Porter and a black ipa. Chocolate and a hint of coffee but it’s a milky coffee. Hops give it a little spicy kick somehow.
