Bottle from the brewery. Bready, crackery malt with lots of tropical fruit and citrus hops in the nose. Crisp, great fruity, not cat-pissy. Bright golden orange with just a touch of haze. Very fruity, sweet orange, honey biscuits, light pine, bit of dankness, guava. bready, bitter finish. Full bodied but still quite crisp and finishes dry. Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Crisp pilsner malt, crackers and bread, with nice citrus. Some herbal hops in there too. Slightly hazy deep gold with a low but thick head. Oh, like this. Nice lemon, citrus, herbs, great malt character. Very big lager character. Not too much fruit added, but it's definitely there.

Bottle from the brewery. Pale gold. Clear, low head. Lemony head, minerals, wheaty crackers. Crisp and lemony, a bit of gum ball. Rather plain finish, a bit simple. Round and mellow.

Bottle from the brewery. Bright, clear golden-orange with a low to medium head. Nose is orange, grapefruit, spruce tips, resin, spicy Belgian yeast. flavor is herbal and resiny, citrus, berry notes. Very crisp, with medium to strong carbonation and a clean, super dry finish that is also a bit minerally and herbal. I expected more from the cypress tips. They are there but don't stand out hugely. As it warms, a bit more bready malt and some esters come out more.

330 ml bottle. Pours lightly cloudy golden straw, some foam. Nose is biscity, light citrus tart note there as well. Tastes similarly, brisk and refreshing, light acidic citrus note makes it even more quaffable. Summer beer.

330 m bottle from mixed 6-pack delivery from the brewery. Clear amber, copper pour with some white bubbles on the top. Nose has deep maltiness, light dried fruits, yellow ripe plums. Quite a lot of hop bitterness in the flavor, bready malt notes and spicy fruitiness in flavor. Clean, easy to drink, bitter.

Yggdrasil Mori no Nakamatachi Herbal Saison 4% Great spicy aroma complemented with a rich banana bread element. Light bodied and dry with a carbonic bite. The taste is herbal spicy saison. Very dry.

Yggdrasil White Noise White Ale 4.4% Clear pale gold with a thick head of white foam. Aroma is a bit off/burnt rubber, the taste was eggy wheat, mild spice and that off flavor. Something happened to this one...

Yggdrasil Brewing Beer Patrol India Pale Lager Crystal clear gold with a thick top of foam and a fragrant herbal/floral hop bouquet complemented with Soda biscuit/Pilsner malt notes. The taste is pretty full bodied, semi-sweet but crisp and clean. This is on point.

Got new beer and sunshine so I popped out to an empty stretch of the Kamogawa in my way shopping... Yggdrasil Hop Ensemble Red IPA 6.66% Amber-brown with light beige foam and a biscuit caramel malt plus piney hop aroma. Smooth medium to full body with a quite bitter piney bite. Solid.
