Nice light juicy Mikan rinds and sharp citrus character. Juicy, with soft mouth feel, low medium bitterness, but there are no hops in this beer. The bitterness is driven by the fruit. Very interesting and refreshing. This concept needs to be explored more.

full golden color. A bit of caramel and grassiness but after a week in the growler the butter popcorn totally dominates. But with slight sweet maltiness this is fairly interesting. Medium body, malty sweet with underlying bitterness and lots of butter popcorn. This is a fantastic example of a malty German beer benefiting from diacytle. Had last week at the brewery on draft and this is fairly different. Very much enjoyed this
