Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber. Aroma of grapefruity hops and licorice. Softly malty with near full body. Medium sweet with evident rye bread character and a hop bitterness that lingers pleasantly.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy copper colour. Roasty licorice aroma. Slightly peaty with bold, raw and unrefiend malt profile and a somewhat syrupy finish. Not up to Wig & Pen standards, IMO.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear deep golden. Grassy, fruity hop aroma with lots of mango. Fairrly light bodied with surprising rounded maltiness. A welath of hops adds intriguing tropical fruity tones and medium bitterness. Refreshing and very drinkable. One of the best 3% beers I’ve tasted!

Draught (nitro dispensed) at the brewpub. Really black, creamy beige head. Fruity licorice aroma. Intense ans soldly malty with soft, creamy mouthfeel. Tarry, bitter finish. Unlike most nitro dispensed beers it doesn’t feel dead and stale, but rather fresh and complex.

Cask at the brewpub. Amber colour. Sweaty, fruity, orangey hop aroma. A solidly malty beer, yet the citric hops dominates. It is fairly sweet, but the hops can balance that out. A tasty brew!

Cask at the brewpub. Pale bronze colour. Fruity, grassy aroma. Sweet soft malts and medium body. A straight forward, if somewhat orangey beer with medium bitterness. The soft mouthfeel being it’s most appealing feature.

Draught at the brewpub. Copper coloured. Strong licorice aroma - the anise makes it smell like salmiak! Fruity with full malty body and rounded mouthfeel. Heavily spicy and orangey. Intense salty licorice dominates the finish. A powerful, unusual beer with a lot of character.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale golden. Grassy aroma. Dry, yet fruity with rounded mouthfeel. There’s some gentle, bready malt character and a decent amount of hops. Not the sort of fake kölsch you see many brewpubs try to push to yellow beer drinkers, but instead a very drinkable, well made beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow. Light coriander aroma with the barest note of orange. The mouthfeel is rounded but hard, and flavourwise it remains overly neutral. A technichally correct witbier, but neither very refreshing nor very interesting.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, small head. Dry and grassy with clean mouthfeel. Solidly malty with plenty of grassy hop character. The mouthfeel is too clean to impress. The straighforwardness of it makes it more similar to a (drier) Jever than a Czech style pilsener
