Can. Pale gold with a fading white head. Aroma - hay, light biscuit, spicy hops. Leans dry with only hints of bready richness but bitterness is firmer - and more peppery - than guessed. Appropriately enough, feistier than you'd expect.

Can. Very dark red with a beige head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of gently fruity coffee (stone fruit, berries) with some caramel, roast, some vanilla. Lactose smooth. Fairly sweet coffee with some roast, moderate bitterness. Aroma promised more.

Can. Very pale yellow with a cm of white head. Shy aroma of crackers, some citrus and passionfruit. Clean and pretty bland. Despite a fairly dry end, hardly any bitterness.

This says it's a Black Italian Pils. Can. Dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of light roast, coffee, flowers. Dryish, tastes as it smells. Very clean. Refreshing, if not terribly engaging.

(Tap) Slightly hazy golden. Nice fresh fruity aroma , mainly citrus, with stone fruit hints. Light body with good carbonation. Taste has pleasant tart citrus start and a gentle bitter finish. Refreshing and pleasant.

Can. Just misty pale gold with frothy white head. 3+ Aroma of kumquat & lemon with some herbs & pine needles, light bread. So it tastes - bittersweet with not particularly vibrant citrus over plainish bready malt. Pine and herbs are more pronounced towards a somewhat clunky bitter finish.

Canned 30 Nov. Opaque orange with a white head that's soon a coat. Fresh orange juice aroma with nectarines, some herbal notes, crackers. Lightish bodied albeit slightly chalky with crackery pale malt behind lots of citrus before a pineapple astringent moderately bitter end. Pretty good.

Can. Unclear gold with an inch of white head. Aroma of pithy citrus - grapefruit, Meyer lemon - but also honeydew melon & hints of tropical fruit. Simple but firm enough crackery malt. Lean with lots of fruit, mostly the citrus. A little resin creeps in. Medium high bitterness. Nothing exotic but very nicely done and right up my street.

Can. Pretty much opaque orange with a large white head that lasts OK. Aroma of passionfruit flowers, soft lemon pudding, crackery bread. Sweet and humming with tropical fruit and sticky resin before bitterness struggles a little through the murk. Good.
