Description
We’re a smalltown brewery creating some of the tastiest beers by hand the whole way. Our team brews and packages all our beers in Uralla on our 20HL manual pneumatic brewhouse. Our brewery is small, we brew a lot of batches to keep up and the beer is fresh! We respect traditional beer styles and go hard with our hoppy IPAs.

Taster at Glen Innes show. Brown beer, effervescent. Smoky taste with notes of liquorice. Very nice brown ale.

Another one from #ratebeersupertasters. Big bold stonefruit and citrus hopbomb this one. Very impressive.

From a 500ml can on 5/1/2020. Pours a slightlky opaque golden with a medium head. Has a zesty lime nose. Tastes strongly of lime with just a touch of coconut at the back. The bitterness is quite sharp and zesty. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It's reasonably interesting but falls short of hitting the bullseye. But my experience with New England to date has generally been disappointing, so this is a decent result. Definitely worth a try if you're into lime.

Can. Deep red brown colour. Caramel nose. Delicious execution of this classic style. Hints of coffee and licorice as it warms.

375ml can into glass. Black beer with tan-coloured head. Smells of sweet milky coffee. Smooth texture, very easy to drink. Coffee bitterness leading into the finish. Lingering finish with some dark fruit and more coffee. Too much coffee for my tastes, I just don't like the taste of coffee.

375ml can into pint glass. Wonderful nose of bread, fruit, and doughnut. Pours a cloudy amber with a clingy bubbly white head. Crisp and bitter to taste. Finish is lingering stonefruit bitter. Nice, easy to drink but not as complex (or 'in your face') as some Saisons.

Pint on tap at brewery. Pours a clear golden colour with high fine carbonation and a foamy white head. Good lacing. Nose is understated malt and hops. First impression is clean and refreshing. Finish is clean with nutty hints and late resin and bitter lemon. Really easy to drink, really tasty. Good solid IPA.

Schooner on tap at Club Rivers, Riverwood. 6%. Golden amber beer with a thin white head. High fine carbonation. Nose is more doughy malt than fruit. Good lacing. Taste is lightly bitter and, sure enough, there is a delicious pineapple finish. Super easy drinking, quality quaffer.

Glass on tap at GABS, Sydney. Brown beer with a thin white head. Very little nose. Lightly sparkling, fruity. Dry finish with dark fruit. Getting better as it warms, chocolate, spice notes appear. Very nice.

From a 375ml can on 7/5/2019. Pours a clearish deep golden with a small head. Has a very modest aroma for an imperial - just a bit of faint caramel and fruit. It's a bit more intense flavour wise - lots of sweet citrus and stone fruit, with a decent dash of slightly resiny herbal hops. Has a slick palate and moderate carbonation. Tasty enough but not particularly distinctive or memorable.
