Description
We’re a smalltown brewery creating some of the tastiest beers by hand the whole way. Our team brews and packages all our beers in Uralla on our 20HL manual pneumatic brewhouse. Our brewery is small, we brew a lot of batches to keep up and the beer is fresh! We respect traditional beer styles and go hard with our hoppy IPAs.

640ml bottle into shaker. Sweet sherbet fruit nose, tropical and berries. Interesting and different. Hazy golden copper with lots of tiny bubbles and a frothy white head. Full-bodied with a little zing, more berries. Finish is subdued earthy hop bitterness. Quality fruity IPA. Nice.

640ml bottle - Pours a hazy light gold colour with a medium sized frothy white head, lightly carbonated. Sour dough bread and banana aroma, similar in taste a banana sweetness but with a light sour saison tartness and a spicy bite; possibly corriander and black pepper.

On tap at GABS Sydney. Subtle roasted malt nose. Totally opaque, truly a dark ale. Two finger off-white head. Flat creamy mouthfeel. Finish is coffee and dark chocolate. A little sourness right at the end. Very nice, well made.
