Deep copper-amber color, creamy beige head. Aroma has nutty hoppyness, hints of caramel and wort. Medium-bodied. Caramel, nutty malty flavor. English ESB-like beer. Decent.

Aka "Pils". Hazy orange color, good creamy off-white head. Bready, worty and hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Bready with citrusy hoppyness, cereals and a bit sweet finish. Typical brewpub pils but as it is unfiltered it has some character.

My beer country #142 and visited country #63.
Served with a lemon (took it off). Hazy yellow color, small steady white head, lace. Spicey (coriander), citrusy aroma. Light bodied. Citrusy, witbier-acidic, wheaty flavor. Light notes of wort. Refreshing. Brewed in style.

Draught@The Brewpub. I was lucky as the beer had been put on the same morning, as there was some F1 "historic program" to start happening in the weekend after visiting. The whole of Monaco was already quite much F1 focused 3,5 weeks before the race (many walking paths closed due to wathing areas being built up etc). So apparently this is a May special for atleast 2012. So about the beer itself... Hazy golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is yeasty, bready, floral, a bit caramelly with some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, bready and quite pleasant. Reminds me a lot of all the nice unfiltered lagers in the Czech republic.

Draught@The Brewery. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, some floral and wooden notes. Flavour is quite similar. Got the elements, but leaves a bit dull.

Draught@The Brewpub. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, caramelly and very refreshing. Flavour is refreshing citrus, some mild wheat, yeast and earhy notes. Even my mom thought this was good (which doesn’t happen often). Great example of a witbier.

Tap at the brewery. Sour milk/barnyard malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with small head. Sweet peach malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Very tasty, earthy beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Darker amber-red body with a thick white head. Grainy nose reminiscent of dog food. A lighter but still nice dry caramelly taste with notes of cocoa. Herbal hop near the end. Ok but not their best beer.
