33cl bottle. Pours cloudy brown with a big beige foam. Light grassy hops leading into a medium body which almost drowns in crisp carbonation. Some truly overripe banana on the palate, otherwise not much reminders that this is a Weizen. Nice and unusual, something worth trying!

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Something’s off with this one. Smells like a bad pear. Some grass, but shy. Medium body with a very soft carbonation. That part is okay, but it doesn’t make up for the nose. Neither does the watery and dirty palate. Maybe this was too young.

From tap. Pours hazy amber with a small of white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Dry and toasted malty. Dry. Bitter and slight herbal. Toasted and dry malty finish.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. A nice but also easy red ale. Some caramel, some fruit, but it could be a bit more daring. Matching carbonation, suitable malts, okay balance. Quite enjoyable.
