(Bottle) Pleasant caramel malt aroma. Clear amber. Medium body with good carbonation. Nice and malty with some gentle burnt sugar bitterness. Some nice yeast notes and some dried fruit. Very nice.

Servida en tulipa, color dorado con destellos anaranjados, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Aroma rico con carácter belga, levadura, malta, especias, plátano...mmmh En boca es completa, dulce y amarga, notas de cereal, malta, bizcocho recién hecho, piel de naranja, especias, lúpulo...Estoy de acuerdo en que no es la mejor cerveza belga, y entre sus rivales en el estilo las hay que por mucho la superan, pero para mi es una delicia, y no tengo ningún reparo en volver a ella las veces que haga falta. Helder goudgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht zoet met iets van graan, wat citrus en banaan. Heel goed en makkelijk drinkbaar bier. Klasse!

Bottle from Carrefour, De Brouckère, Brussels on 11th February 2023. Pours hazy amber with collapsing white foam and partial lacing. Sweet malts and spicy hoppiness in aroma. Tangy citrus and berries in-mouth. A citrus ‘sundae’ finish of fruit meringue, tangy citrus, butterscotch and dairy cream. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
