Drinking this welcome can, at Ballenberg, yesterday. A hot and beautiful day with a common radler, reasonable for the thirst, malty, lemony, not too sweet, citrusy, carbonated, hop, just refreshing, 14.08.22

A classical pils/lager, on the Swiss style, not the best, if you compare the German pils but it is always refreshing for the season, 31.08.19, on the boat to Brienz with my Peruvian family.

Finding this original bottle in one Getränkmarkt, Interlaken. A kind of lemonade, free of alcohol, malty, sweet, juice of apple that it is rather industrial, watery, a bit lemony, few hop, not a great interest but it is refreshing, nice on the ski bar, 02.12.23

At one restaurant, Ballenberg, drinking this pint, yesterday in this beautiful place. After a long walk through this area, this beer was appreciated, on the German way, classical and refreshing, malty, bready and not heavy, some extract of hop for lager, 14.08.22

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per mais e orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza trasparente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice. Il retrogusto è delicato. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di mais e cereali.
