330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, reddish, chestnut colour with small to average, creamy, slowly diminishing, slightly lacing, pale beige head. Weak, sweet-ish, yeasty fruity aroma, hints of cherry, red fruit in general with a jelly bear touch, sugary background, whiffs of alcohol. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, bready malty, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of cherry and other red fruit with a slight jelly bear touch, hints of alcohol. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Weak flavours overall, therefore quite alcoholic - nope.

Sweet with lots of Laphroaig. Peaty/smokey, and tons of licorice. Fun, very tasty, but a bit thin. Good balance between beer and barrel, though. Enjoyed it more as it warmed.

33 cl. bottle @ Ale House, Apeldoorn. Hazy amber with a big off-white head. Malty caramel aroma with some (old) hops. Sweet taste. For a beer called 'Thunderhop' I would have expected a hop explosion but this is sadly not the case. It's too sweet and too underhopped for an IPA.

Yes, lovely Laphroaig. Oh, there's beer under it? That explains the body. Pretty damn tasty, just not a well made beer. Meaty peat, hint of banana. Almost a classic rauch. Almost. Ok, nowhere near, but similar. Somewhat.
